2019 To Kalon Vineyard Co Cabernet Sauvignon HWC

Decided to be indulgent and popped a bottle of 2019 To Kalon Vineyard Co Cabernet Sauvignon HWC earlier this week. I've already written a review a long while back on here about this amazing wine but the second bottle did not disappoint and lived up to my first experience with this wine. Strongly aromatic with dark black fruit and cassis on the nose and palate. Rich, concentrated and creamy/velvety with ultrafine tannins that add a lot of structure. Just a beautiful, beautiful wine. All that being said, it's not overly complex and it is definitely in the hedonistic category of wines. If you get the opportunity you should definitely try this wine!
